Regular massage has so many benefits. It can improve muscle & joint function, enhance circulation and relieve both physical & mental tension. Often, it’s the mental and emotional strain that affects our physical health and vice versa.
Your comfort and enjoyment are of utmost importance. It’s important that your treatment reflects how you are feeling on the day. I take extra care to personalise the treatment according to your needs and preferences, considering:
- Massage techniques and pressure
- Essential oils used
- Bed set up and room temperature
- Level of talking (I prefer minimal chat to enhance relaxation, but I leave it up to you)

*All packages include $10 DISCOUNT off aromatherapy consultation.
*Pregnancy packages also include $10 discount for any baby massage class.
