The aromatherapy blends were very helpful during the labour.  I particularly found using the oil blend on a tissue and inhaling it regularly very, very effective.  It had a very calming effect and I feel like it helped me manage the pain really well.

My husband and mum who were at the birth also commented that they found it very calming as well!
