Aromatherapy workshops

– in person

Sonya is passionate about educating people on what aromatherapy really is, it’s benefits and uses and safety considerations.

She has run various workshops in local community centres and clinics and is available in the Melbourne area to come to you for an in-person workshop.

Sonya has also presented at ACM (Australian College of Midwives) conferences on Aromatherapy Applications in Midwifery.

Sonya is available to provide sessions to nurses and midwives or other health professionals on considerations for aromatherapy use in their practice.

Baby Massage Classes

Sonya runs Baby Massage classes. Classes can be run in groups or privately and include short introductory classes or full courses. Classes involve teaching parents the techniques of baby massage and the many benefits this can provide for baby as well as parents.

Sonya offers private and group classes. Baby massage classes can be run in clinic, in your own home or venue of your choice, or online via Zoom.

Both parents are welcome at all classes. Extra travel costs may apply.

Please contact Sonya if you are interested in education sessions for a particular audience or on a specific subject.

The workshops were inclusive and easygoing. Sonya is very approachable and made it feel simple to use and understand, teaching the basics and anything else we wanted to know.

My experience at the workshops was that they were very inclusive and set in an easy going environment. Sonya taught from the basics to everyday uses and anything else we wanted to know. I enjoyed trying various samples of oils and being in a small group with a very approachable teacher that made it feel quite simple to use and understand.

I wanted to thank you for last nights aromatherapy session and let you know how informative I found it. I’ve always loved essential oils but never really knew how to use them for myself let alone babies and children. The information you provided was clear and easy to understand, which made it easier to follow along and remember.
