Aromatherapy for First Aid

Essential oils can be a valuable addition to your first aid kit to use in everyday life. 

In this workshop you’ll discover how a selection of readily available essential oils can easily and safely be used to treat common ailments such as
– minor wounds
– colds and flu
– muscular and digestive complaints
– emotional issues

If you have limited prior knowledge of aromatherapy, I recommend completing the Introduction to Aromatherapy workshop first.

Safe Aromatherapy for Babies & Children

Extra-special care needs to be taken when using essential oils around babies and children. However, with guidance from a qualified practitioner, some aspects of aromatherapy can be safely used to treat minor ailments in babies and children.

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • Safety issues for babies and children
  • Suitable essential oils and other aromatherapy options
  • Practical applications for babies and children

Aromatherapy for Mental well-being

It is well recognised how psychological factors can affect our physical health and conversely physical issues can have an impact on our mental state. Essential oils have the ability to influence our mood, behaviour and hormonal activity and can be a practical, useful tool to help cope with stress levels and associated symptoms.

In this workshop you will discover simple ways to incorporate essential oils and other aspects of aromatherapy into everyday life for stress, fatigue, mood balance, insomnia and immune support.
