PRACTITIONER PRODUCTS
Mother Nurture offers a range of products and packs for midwives, doulas and practitioners working with pregnant and birthing women and new mums. The aim is to have a small selection of appropriate essential oils and blends, with a range of easy to use applications. It’s beneficial to have alternatives so women can choose an aroma they prefer. Readymade blends are included to avoid the need to mix essential oils as much as possible.
The products are safe for use during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, when recommended guidelines are adhered to. Consideration is also made regarding use around newborns.
It is recommended that training on aromatherapy applications during the perinatal period is undertaken before using essential oils in practice.
The Perinatal Practitioner kits consist of the following options:
(1) Full range of Mother Nurture blends and single essential oils
(2) Selection of Mother Nurture blends only
(3) Selection of single essential oils only
You may want to add these useful base ingredients to your pack:
Apricot kernel oil for making blends to use in massage and topical applications
Solubiliser to safely disperse essential oils into water.
All packs include directions for use cards for Antenatal, Birth and Postpartum applications
